System Shutdown Simulator tries to bypass your HIPS (or any other security software installed such as antivirus and firewall), by exploiting
the timeframe where your computer shuts down. When Windows shuts down, every applications receive a message to close, and naturally every
application obey to it. However SSS freezes this shutdown, and while other security software have closed themselves, it tries to create for
instance a registry entry (you can also send a ping, or download the EICAR test file).
